Analysis of the training needs of Quebec coaches on the subject of athlete abuse

The current project is the first step of a partnership with the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec to develop, implement and evaluate a training program for Quebec coaches aimed at preventing athlete abuse (PAA). The specific objectives of this first step are to:

1) establish the profiles of Quebec coaches with respect to factors associated with the use of PAA;

2) evaluate the readiness of Quebec coaches to change with respect to PAA;

3) describe the training needs of Quebec coaches with respect to PAA.
